Players receives 1 booster to build 10 card deck 10 min to build deck
Draw 4 cards and place 1 price card
Can use “mutant rule” - Any basic evolve into stage 1
Energies are provided.
*There is no deck out win condition in this format.   Players re-shuffle their discard piles when there are no more cards to draw
